As an occupational therapist I help clients do and be the things they want to in life.
From hesitating to saying what you want to say, to clearly communicating your needs and setting boundaries.
From lacking confidence or fearing being judged in relationships, to feeling more empowered and confident in relationships or with colleagues.
From hesitating to apply for a job because you think you will not even get an interview, to applying for the job you desire. Moreover, without fear of rejection.
From having a phobia or experiencing trauma flashbacks, to not.
Your underlying thoughts, beliefs, perceptions and fears affect how you engage and function in life. Past experiences affect your present actions and behaviours.
Think of something in your life you are struggling to do. And what thoughts, emotions or patterns are stopping you from doing them. Sometimes you may not even be aware of them! Think of a personality trait or inner quality you have and wish was different. Think of a past experience that still bothers you.
We all have these kinds of experiences.
I am so excited to be integrating various approaches into my practice to enable clients to make the shifts they need to in order to achieve the things they want to.
What better way to empower clients than by helping them access the inner and outer resources they already have – to make the choices that are most important to them. To help them bring more meaning and purpose into their lives.
I am blessed, honored and excited to be able to integrate such tools to enable and empower clients.
