Hans Selye writes in The Stress of Life:
“All stressors have in common – threatened loss.
Threatened loss of food is a major stressor
In humans – so it the threatened loss of LOVE
“It may be said without hesitation, that for man the most important stressors are EMOTIONAL”
What are your emotional stressors?
Are you aware? Or have you suppressed much of it?
Because that is what you were taught. Always be happy, don’t get angry or sad. And so forth.
